Xcia: Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of the Xcia Discord bot ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our bot, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

You agree to use Xcia's bots in a manner consistent with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Do not use the bot for illegal, abusive, or disruptive purposes.

The bot performs specific functions as described by us. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

You are prohibited from attempting to reverse engineer, exploit, or manipulate the bot's functions to gain unauthorized access to servers or disrupt its intended operation.

Any misuse of the bot, including spamming, malicious activities, or disruption of services, may result in removal or restrictions from the bot's features or servers.
3. Data Collection

The bot does not collect or store personal information. We only gather data relevant to bot functionality, such as user ids.
3.2. Ticket Chat Transcripts
The bot stores transcripts of ticket chat conversations for Discord server moderators to access old transcripts that may be relevant to their issues. These transcripts can be deleted in our transcripts dashboard (/transcripts).
4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the bot, with or without notice.
5. Liability

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot. You use the bot at your own risk.
6. Compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
By using our bot, you agree to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Discord's Privacy Policy. We are committed to following Discord's guidelines on user data collection, storage, and sharing. Any information shared with Discord's API is done so in accordance with their policies.
7. Changes to This TOS
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be posted here, and it is your responsibility to review them. Continued use of the bot signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
